Food was amazing, tender and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, delivery was fast and a polite delivery driver thank you

Thanks to Jack for bringing a slice of Texas to Seattle....it tastes like home from the brisket to the sausages to smoked chicken greens, cornbread, hush puppies, and with a Seattle flare, Caesar salad with cornbread croutons and Tex mex meets bbq nachos. It's all delicious, thank you! We are regulars to SLU shop for home delivery. Thank you and also thanks to Jack for the amazing customer service / reply to my original which caused us to not only go back but keep coming back.

I had cravings for BBQ and really wanted ribs so I was glad there is one not too far from where I'm staying. The place is surprisingly roomy inside even though the door is very low key. I think the waitress is super friendly and the service is really prompt. You order online after scanning a QR code. Foodwise I've only tried the ribs and I do wish the ribs are cooked longer so they fall of the bones. The ribs are pink inside which I think it would be better tasting if they are cooked just a tad longer. But they taste alright especially with the sauce. I usually prefer a spicy sauce but for this place the original BBQ sauce tastes better because the spicy sauce is slightly more sour than I'd like. Oh the restroom is a hike and you have to go through multiple flights of stairs. That's mostly because the restaurant is located at an office building so it's sharing the restroom with other establishments in the building.

I'm a big fan of Jack's BBQ Downtown, so when I saw the satellite restaurant on 9th Ave. I knew I had to try it out. I was not disappointed, the service was excellent from the beginning, I was greeted at the front door my server "Chris " as he showed me to my table. For a small, intimate restaurant the sound level was just right, I could hear my friend across the table and pay attention to game on the big screen. 5 stars Jack! Way to go and I'm glad you're in the neighborhood.

This place in Lake Union is one of the best BBQ places we've ever been to. The tenders were so juicy and the batter tasted pretty badass. I loved the coleslaw and the cornbread was to die for. We was also given a peach cobbler for our anniversary and too full to eat it but it'll be a good midnight snack. If you're going to be in the Lake Union area in Seattle come to Jack's I'm telling you that you will not regret it and the staff is super friendly.

My boyfriend who's from Oklahoma was really craving barbecue, and we found out this place was highly reviewed! We ordered The Picnic since it comes with all the meats and it's the standard portion if you were going to order each meat separately. It's a lot of food for two people and we ate the rest throughout the week. We really enjoys their ribs and brisket. Their pulled pork came next on our list! We aren't but chicken people, but the chicken was really good. The sausage was okay. The loved their Mac and cheese, that was nicely done. My boyfriend really enjoyed their chili and even asked how they did it. Sounds like their chili is from their bbq meat that isn't sold and it's a combination. There's no beans or tomatoes. Their cornbread is just mouthwatering. Overall, great food and good service too. I wish they came back a tad more often but they were helpful when we flagged them down.

The restaurant was so cute, love the decor and energy inside. Servers were great. Food was so good, I recommend the potato salad and the half chicken. The banana cream pie was also AMAZING. Spicy Marg was 10/10, Tajin rim is always a winner for me. If you love Barbecue this is a good spot, finding the bathroom is quite the adventure but otherwise its a great spot.
